One of the best hotels in Palm Springs! The location is perfect in my opinion as well. David has designed this hotel in an Old Hollywood style, where you feel transported into the lives of those who lived with lavish splendor in the past and you are living the luxury in the present. Everything is curated with intention and thoughtfulness. The best part is that we felt completely relaxed and at ease! Each room has it's unique character and style, you can't go wrong. The coziness of the hotel set up does not mean it's noisy, to the contrary, our room was solid and quiet. We stayed in the Liberace room and the bed was divine and it's lovely having a small little kitchenette as well!

We loved our stay so much and was perfect for our group celebrating a birthday! David (the owner) was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool is relaxing but has a good fun vibe, too. We had a great time in the beautiful Bar Valerie, and Kevin was the best bartender! The rooms are great, so detailed and fun and beds were so comfortable! There was also always water, towels, and sunscreen available. I didn’t want to check out, will definitely come back!

Wow!! Totally blown away by The Velvet Rope. This place is decorated to the nine and the lounge singer/band were great. It was awesome to have a bar on the property. We were upgraded to the Playmate room, as there was a last minute cancellation. Each room is themed and the amount of detail that went into each of them-impressive to say the least. All the other guests we interacted with were friendly and kind. A few nice touches-pool towels, bottled water, free cabanas, breakfast snacks and coffee each morning. The decor and vibe were outstanding. We also loved that you can walk into town really quickly. We will be back.
